Tracy is the glue that holds everything together in the hectic world of construction. He's Always the first to show up and the last to leave. He makes sure that everyone is happy. He listens and cares about his clients - he loves to add in little extras to let them know how much he appreciates them. He'll work with employees to make sure they understand how important all the little things are and quickly becomes their friend. He's a good teacher and a pleasure to be around.

HEATHER RASCHER

Heather is an invaluable member of Big T's team. She's the jack-of-all-trades and is always willing to fill in and help wherever needed. While she likes to show off how great she is at roofing (look out guys), she really excels in the Painting Department. She is always looking for ways to improve and expedite our projects and is very good at paying attention to the little details that make all the difference.  She knows that clients can go with some other company, maybe even for a better deal (rarely) but, making sure that each and every single little detail is done right or even upgraded, gives us another advantage over our competition.
FREDDIE SPAGHETTIFACE
Mascot
Freddie joined the team in 2008, he was with some other outfit that didn't treat him well, but, since he's signed on, he couldn't be happier and is planning on retiring one of these days. He plans on spending his retirement keeping away from the cat and resting on the couch as much as possible, in fact, we think he might have already retired. You may see him once in a while he's inspecting everyone's work and making sure there's no food left on the floors.
