WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK A FREE ESTIMATE WITH BIG T CONSTRUCTION?
After you pick a date and time, we will contact you to let you know exactly when your Free Estimate will take place.
We will come and measure your roof or use proven measurements (includes square footage, pitch and height).
You pick your roofing material (either your own or take our expert advice).
We will be noting any pipes, vents, protrusions from the roof.
We will discuss any possible decking problems (from wear or damage).
You should inform us of any known problems with your roof at this point (leaks, storm damage, fallen tree damage, or mystery continual problems such as standing water, etc. We will solve any and all problems that are discussed.
During the job, we will discuss any unforeseen problems with you as they arise before work is performed, unless the matter is urgent.
WHY MIGHT THERE BE AN URGENT MATTER WHILE WORKING ON YOUR ROOF?
Unfortunately life is unpredictable. Problems and human errors happen and we do our best to avoid them. However, if a tree falls on your roof or lightning strikes us while working - we will do our best to ensure the safety and well being of all parties and property to the best of our ability and we will be very mindful of the costs to do this as well. We will treat your home and property as if it were our own home.
